I went to see Kristin Blumer and she did an incredible job with my hair! It had been botched at another salon and she saved the day with her creativity and patience. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Horrible. You spend an hour or so there sitting in a chair while your color sets and stylists go off and talk to each other about arrests; restraining orders; their relationship dramas and the like. Skaneateles or the ghetto? Then you are charged 80 for color only to get home and have someone point out the stylist missed a whole section of your head- no color and no cut in one section. When you call to ask for correction you don’t receive a response for two weeks and then are told it’s not her responsibility. Pictures, statement from the correction stylist, and they don’t think it is there responsibility to issue even a credit. Watch the cuts that walk out the door. I never would go to the other stylists there. Mine was good except to immature to acknowledge a mistake and correct it. So desperate for the money due to lack of clients in recent years. This salon is an embarrassment to local standards.

Tracey is a talented hairstylist… excels in hair cutting with all of the new cuts as well as color . She listens to her clients and offers all the needed realistic hair possibilities for a great color,cut and style. I have been going to Tracey for 20 yrs…. My hair has never been healthier , easy to manage , up to date style and excellent color with highlights . I’d give her 10 stars if the option was there!! ~ Kristy Munraca

Her personal spave is keptrssy, dusty and rather yucky that i. Uncomfortable. Sorry camt go back.

After a google search of salons in the area, we went in this weekend for blowouts with Melissa. We were attending a wedding Saturday night, and she went totally above and beyond to make sure we looked great- professional, efficient, and super friendly. Both of us were thrilled with how our hair looked, and her prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Arabella!
